A chatbot that knows your product.
It reads your website, your manuals and your PDFs – and answers your customers' questions with them: what the product does, what it costs, why something isn't working. On your website, in your web app, and soon in your mobile app.
Three questions. Three answers. Without you.
Pricing, privacy, a broken login – the three conversations that land on almost every product every day. Click through and hear how the bot handles them.
The answer has been there all along. Nobody finds it.
Nobody reads their way through your docs
Manual, FAQ and pricing page are all maintained – and the same question still lands in your inbox every week.
An off-the-shelf bot doesn't know your product
Generic chatbots answer out of thin air, send people in circles and damage your product while doing it.
US widgets ship your visitors to the US
Most chat widgets process visitor data outside the EU. Something your DPO will hand straight back to you.
Pre-sales, product questions, support – and soon your app.
Same bot, same knowledge base. What it does is decided by where you embed it and what you let it read.
Answer questions about your product
Manuals, FAQs, data sheets, release notes: you put your content into the knowledge base, the bot answers from it – with evidence and a link to the source, instead of guessing.
- Your own pages in the editor, plus PDF, Markdown and HTML
- No answer without evidence from your content
- For PDFs it even cites the page number
Pre-sales: the advisor on your website
Your website is read in via sitemap – services, pricing, references, support pages. The bot answers the questions that otherwise get lost between the pricing page and the contact form.
- Your whole website via sitemap, refreshed weekly
- Quick replies to open the conversation
- Proactive teaser after a few seconds
A support bot inside your web app
Not on a help page, but where your users actually work. The widget receives the logged-in user's name and email, verified by a single-use token – nobody has to fill in a form before they may ask.
- Logged-in users are recognised
- Verified via handoff token, no confirmation code
- Every chat becomes a ticket in your inbox

About the website chatbot.
How does the bot know my content?
You provide your sitemap, inbrix reads every page, extracts the content cleanly and refreshes it weekly. You can also write your own pages and upload PDFs.
Does the bot know where the visitor is?
Yes. The widget forwards the current page so the bot can answer specifically to it, e.g. in checkout or on the pricing page.
Can the bot sell, not just support?
Yes. That is exactly why it reads your website: services, pricing, references. It answers pre-sales questions from your real content and hands off to a human as soon as things get concrete.
Can I use the widget inside my own web app?
Yes, and it is one of the strongest use cases. You pass the logged-in user's name and email to the widget, verified via a single-use token. The user just asks, with no form in the way, and the chat becomes a ticket in your inbox.
Is there an SDK for my mobile app?
Not yet. An SDK for iOS and Android is in the works so the same bot answers from the same knowledge base inside your app. Tell us if you want to be an early tester.
What happens when the bot doesn't know something?
It doesn't guess. Without evidence from your content no answer goes out – instead a short interim note and a handover to a human, with the full history attached.
Is it GDPR-compliant?
Yes. Hosted in Germany, data stays in the EU, no training use. Unlike most US widgets.
