Support eats your day. inbrix hands it back.
Email, chat, knowledge and autonomous AI agents in one tool. Built and hosted in Germany, GDPR-compliant. From Europe, for Europe.
Three reasons, in 15 seconds.
One inbox for everything
Email, chat, web forms and your customer portal land in one place – with the knowledge base and AI right beside them instead of spread across four tools.
The AI runs in Europe
Your tickets are processed in the EU only – by us and by the language models. On every plan, and there is no setting that changes it.
Helpdesk first, AI second
Inbox, rules, SLA, knowledge base and portal work without a single AI call. You switch the AI on per case, per workspace – or not at all.
From chaos to an empty inbox.
- ✕247 open, scattered across 4 tools
- ✕Nights & weekends: nobody answers
- ✕Routine questions eat half the day
- One inbox – email, chat, web, portal
- Most of it runs autonomously – around the clock
- Your team only handles what actually needs judgement
The colleague who works through the night.
It has a name, a face and an inbox of its own. It reads, digs and replies – but only when it's sure. Two guardrails decide that. Before every single answer.
Is the answer in the knowledge base? Have I had this case before?
A price commitment? Legal? Credentials? Customer already angry?
You set both thresholds yourself – per bot, on a slider. Try it right here: drag the marker past the score and watch the decision flip.
No answer without receipts
Open it up and read along: which knowledge page, which old ticket, how sure, how risky, what it cost. Every step. No black box.
A little better every week
Every resolved ticket becomes a lesson. What ran smoothly 23 times, it takes on. What caused trouble, it hands off from now on.
Money, law, anger: a human
Price commitments, contracts, credentials, an angry customer, an “I want a human” – straight out of the bot, with a context note. No debate.
It sees what your customer sees
It reads screenshots. Half of support is an attached screengrab – miss that and you've missed the ticket.
You keep the leash.
The whole toolbox around it.
Rules you test first
The dry-run shows what would have happened – before a rule goes live.
Deadlines on your hours
SLA counts real business hours, not a 24/7 fantasy.
Nothing slips through
Slack, push or mail – bundled, never a barrage.
Full cost transparency
You see every cent the AI spends – per day and per ticket.
Run inbrix from Claude & ChatGPT
Read tickets, reply, change status – without opening inbrix.
Satisfaction, measured automatically
Asked only when the moment fits – never the same customer twice.
One view everyone shares
A board instead of inbox archaeology: who does what – and what's stuck?
Your customers help themselves
Public knowledge base, “my tickets” and a chatbot – on your own domain.
Customer data is not training material.
A helpdesk sees IBANs, license keys, shop credentials. inbrix treats that the way it must be treated.
Made & hosted in Germany
Our own Kubernetes cluster at Hetzner in Germany, in certified data centers. No data leaves for a third country.
Tenant isolation via Postgres RLS
The database itself enforces separation – row-level, not just in application logic. Every query runs under that policy.
Your data trains nothing
Never handed to model training – disabled at every provider. Only redacted text ever reaches the search index.
One price per team. The bot is the employee.
No seat counting, no fee per resolved ticket, no token math. One package for your team – and bots as digital employees you hire like colleagues.

One conversation covers up to 5 reply rounds by the AI employee. Every further group of 5 rounds begun counts as another conversation – a 15-round consultation therefore counts as three. A handover to a human does not count as a round. Copilot drafts come out of the same quota.
For comparison: a 5-person team pays €825/month at Zendesk with the AI add-on, plus fees per AI resolution* – at inbrix: Pro at €129.
Building blocks – grow your way
Own name, own mailbox, own guardrails – raises your organisation's quota by 200 conversations/month. E.g. a billing bot or one bot per brand.
Deliberately almost free: everyone gets their own login. No shared accounts, a clean audit log.
For hot months: €0.55 per additional bot conversation – for comparison, Intercom Fin charges $0.99 per resolved ticket.
Four firm commitments against nasty surprises
When the quota runs out, nothing is topped up behind your back – unless you switched automatic top-up on yourself. Then it stays within the monthly cap you set, and every booking arrives by e-mail with its invoice. Switch it off whenever you like.
The bot hands over to a human after a number of reply rounds you set – 5 by default, higher for consultation scenarios. That is a behaviour setting, not a billing question: billing always counts in blocks of 5 rounds.
We count conversations transparently per ticket – not "customer went quiet, cha-ching".
Quota used up? Inbox, portal, knowledge base and your team's work keep running unchanged – only the AI pauses, until the next month starts, you add a pack, or the automatic top-up you switched on takes over.
* Zendesk Suite Professional (€115/agent) + Copilot add-on (€50/agent), list prices zendesk.com, annual billing, as of July 2026; plus usage-based fees per automated AI resolution. inbrix Pro incl. an AI employee with 200 bot conversations/month.

Quick answers.
What is inbrix?
An AI-native helpdesk from Germany: email, chat, web form, customer portal and knowledge base in one inbox – plus autonomous AI agents that answer tickets themselves when they are confident. Built and hosted in Germany, GDPR-compliant.
Does the AI really answer tickets on its own – and what if it's wrong?
Yes, but never blindly. Before every reply, two guardrails check: can I solve this? And is the answer risky? Anything involving money, legal matters, credentials or an angry customer goes straight to a human, with a handover note. Thresholds, round limits, a per-ticket budget and a kill switch are all yours to set.
Is inbrix GDPR-compliant?
Yes. Hosted exclusively in Germany at Hetzner (data centers certified to ISO 27001 and BSI C5), a DPA under Art. 28 GDPR, and a public subprocessor list. Your tickets are processed in the EU only – by us and by the language models – and they never train an AI model.
Does inbrix work without AI?
Fully. Inbox, rules, SLA, knowledge base and portal run without a single AI call. You switch the AI on per case, per workspace – or not at all.
What does inbrix cost?
One package price for the whole team instead of seat counting: Starter €49, Pro with an autonomous AI employee €129, Business €249 per month. No fee per resolved ticket, cancel monthly – and annual billing gives you two months free.
Can I migrate from my current helpdesk?
Yes – we bring over tickets, contacts and your knowledge base. For contracts concluded by 31 December 2026 the full migration is free; afterwards the service costs €999.
What makes inbrix special for Shopware agencies?
inbrix pulls support tickets straight out of the Shopware producer account, answers them with AI and mirrors the status both ways – to our knowledge the first native integration of its kind.
